DEREK M | First ImpressionsI was happy with everything except, the one and only time I asked if my late fee could be waived after paying darn near 3 years of late fees was denied. I had to move my things into this storage due to emergency circumstances. I’ve spent these 3 years homeless. Bouncing around from hotels to Airbnb. I’ve never complained, I’ve never caught an attitude with anyone that works for U-Haul, I just needed ONE break from the fees. Y’all have collected plenty of late fees from me and not being able to waive them ONE time was greedy. If I can avoid doing business with this company, I will.

YAHNIK H | Overall ExperienceThe only thing I didn't like at this location is that they never have the right truck that you originally booked, it's always something at this location as far as your reservations. The storage is very convenient and my items was intact after a year in storage.

Felix S | Overall ExperienceMy only complaint was the frequency of rate increases. I felt that because I had two storage units, both large & simultaneously, a better rate or fewer increases could have been allowed. Some of my things got dirty with bug residue during the time I had the two storage facilities.
