We received AMAZING help from Nicci on Saturday. They let us know what cost for a unit would be and let us know they set up a pick up for a truck on Sunday. On Sunday when we showed up for the truck. Not only was our rental not ready for pick up; but the staff member kept having issues with the set up of both the truck and unit. She was frustrated and the other staffer there was not helpful to here and instead would push her aside and tell her HE would just do it. He was no better. All and all. If I had not spoke with Nicci first we would not be using this specific uhaul.

She is rotten to the core she is a vindictive person with an im better than you im going to talk down to you as if you are a child type of person. I have filed complaints about her more than once and never heard back from anyone! But evsry time i had an encounter with that dumb blond i recorded everything l especially like the recordings where she made us pay money to get our belonging out and refuse to provide us with a recipt. I will never use uhaul ever again. I will also never recomend anyone to uhaul!

sandra h | Overall ExperienceI had a great experience with everyone and was really happy to be met with such kind faces after our 20 hour road trip. My biggest complaint came from the day after when I got a bill for an “extra day charge” for the trailer & 26ft truck. The day we arrived in Utah, Nicki had called and asked for an update & I let him know we were coming all the way from San Antonio and woke up to our U-Haul attempted to be broken into and a flat tire in Moab & that we would be there before 4pm to check in for our storage units and be able to take care of everything/return by 7-7:30 since we had so much stuff to unpack. He proceeded to tell me that 7pm is after hours, but that it was fine and he wouldn’t charge any extra day charge. So I guess I’m just a little confused why we were told we wouldn’t be charged, when we were. I would have no problem paying an extra day charge if we weren’t told that we wouldn’t get charged. Say what you mean & mean what you say.
