I had a great experience with everyone and was really happy to be met with such kind faces after our 20 hour road trip. My biggest complaint came from the day after when I got a bill for an “extra day charge” for the trailer & 26ft truck. The day we arrived in Utah, Nicki had called and asked for an update & I let him know we were coming all the way from San Antonio and woke up to our U-Haul attempted to be broken into and a flat tire in Moab & that we would be there before 4pm to check in for our storage units and be able to take care of everything/return by 7-7:30 since we had so much stuff to unpack. He proceeded to tell me that 7pm is after hours, but that it was fine and he wouldn’t charge any extra day charge. So I guess I’m just a little confused why we were told we wouldn’t be charged, when we were. I would have no problem paying an extra day charge if we weren’t told that we wouldn’t get charged. Say what you mean & mean what you say.
Susan B | First ImpressionsEmployees aren’t friendly or helpful and are downright rude. Also, I was appalled at some of the things I witnessed the employees doing and saying to other customers. I waited in line one day to pay my bill with cash instead of online and the people in front of me had reserved a specific size moving truck for that day and were coming in to pick it up so that they could move. Only to be told that no one had returned that van the night before so they couldn’t give them the one they had reserved and instead they were going to give them a bigger one and make them pay for the extra amount charged due to the size difference in the truck. That is an appalling business practice. And when they objected the Employee told them well it’s not our fault that person didn’t return it, so why should we have to pay for it? also, anytime I’ve ever tried to contact Uhaul by phone it’s a disaster. No one ever answers. I really did expect a much higher level of quality service for this company since it’s one of the most well-known, moving and storage companies in America. Sadly, I will never use U-Haul again. I’ve been storing my stuff with you guys since 2020 and after that many years of giving you money, I will never ever give you anymore. You guys could, and should do a much better job as a business. And remember a lot of people work, so maybe extend the access hours for storage to midnight. That would make things a lot kinder towards your lower income customers.

Nancy M | Overall ExperienceThe manager especially the GM and her staff are the absolute worst and I recommend that people DO NOT come here for truck rental and storage go anywhere else but this location. I have never been treated and spoken to by anyone in my entire adult life they way the staff and general manager disrespected and spoke to me. I will not stop spreading my experience with the public in hope that another person will never have the disrespect and mistreatment I had to endure during my 3 months at this horrible negative nightmare of a place. The general manager should be re trained and she should also thank god she is not being criminally charged with harassing a disabled person or for being verbally abusive to a disabled man. Shame on this company for not training the younger staff to treat customers with dignity and respect. No customer should ever have to walk in to a place they pay to utilize and be lied to about policy at a company when it is a policy and posted on the website. I plan on not stopping with this I will continue to spread the truth about this store
