The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally amazing helping me with the dumpster I needed before I closed my unit.. I highly appreciated it I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the Clinton U-Haul

Miguel R | Overall ExperienceI move out yesterday and the floor was dirty since I have the storage whit oil and black areas and never complained because it’s outside unit and yesterday I move out because I need another one and they charge 200 extra money because the floor and the lady call me today and I explained to her and she hang up the phone on my and she charged me the money whit no permission because I have auto pay this is happen in Clinton uhual today and they loose a customer because she don’t know how to speak and she don’t respect and hang up on me
Miguel R | First ImpressionsOur unit had a mouse infestation and our couch was destroyed resulting in having to buy a new one. Our furniture smelt badly after our three week use of the unit. Told an employee about the mice ruining our furniture and they said it happens. Not sure why mice infestations aren’t covered in insurance on units if it’s such a common problem. I unfortunately would not rent a unit from U-Haul again. I would recommend renting any of the vans. I had a positive experience and it was very simple but the employees didn’t record any of my information accurately at all when filling out paperwork to rent a van.
