VERNON S | First ImpressionsI have nothing to use as a comparison to so will rate “average “ . The questions are basically “ yes” “no” answers and a couple needed another response. A few notes: The manager is very nice, explained things and is helpful onsite and over the phone. The overall facility itself is clean. The three different units I had rented,at some point during my storage time, did have mice in at least 2 of the units. This was evidenced by droppings and chewed boxes. There were also evidence of bugs, bug shells and seeing small centipedes. I did find near the end of my storage time, I could have rented the same size outdoor unit w/ 24/hr entry for much less. If asked about renting a Uhaul storage unit, I would let the person know this.
