The only issue was the plastic tie used to secure the door when the unit is empty. The check-in person said it was easy to break off. No, it's not. Maybe for a stronger, younger person, but not me. I had to walk back to the office and beg them to let me use their scissors. Also, after getting the unit open, the free lock required said scissors to open the package, so good thing I had them. I did return them. The employees there were both great.

I've shopped arround before I chose u haul. U haul is the best deal,most secure and climate controlled. No worries of weather creeping in. I've had a unit burglarized in one ove the no name facilities totally recommend u haul.
