I was charged my monthly fee, then moved out a week and a half later. They were unable to comp me any of my money back. I then asked if I could use it for the rest of the month since I paid for it and I was told no because my cancellation was processed.

The storage unit and employees were absolutely fantastic. Our only issue was the beginning of the driveway when pulling back out onto the highway. If it's snowing, which it does a lot here, the angle is too steep to stop and wait for traffic. You get stuck or slide backwards. Please regrade the drive right there for safety. Other than that everything was perfect!
