Tamara B | Overall ExperienceWe have rented a room so my daughter at Mizzou would have a place to store things, as the rooms are tiny. Every time she went to the office, she was given grief. She had the wrong key last week for moving out, and we were told to call a locksmith. No help from the office and no caring. I showed them on their website how there is a 50% break lock fee, they said they do not do this, they did it before. This is a horrible location with horrible management. We would never use this place again. We and the number of her friends all moved out of this location.
ERIC G | Overall ExperienceYou have quality staff but a poor work environment. They deserve a climate control work area and customers would appreciate it too. The large fans don’t really work on a hot day. Your staff were still friendly and knowledgeable. They helped each other but I could tell they were drained from the heat.
