The storage unit was perfect convenient location. The staff was very helpful. The only thing is they didn’t have 24 hour access because the area they claim is crime ridden but I just moved from a major large city and honestly nowhere in Des Moines is dangerous. Just maybe give people that they could trust 24 hour access.

This was put on a restriction for falling asleep several times in my vehicle on the property and then once for being b they're to long underrestrction when I was informed by employees of such. Then manager goes a a week vacation and wanted the night supervisor to evict me th totally. Thank that didn't happen but when the supervisor returned she evicted me for the same occurrences that I was put on restriction for 3 weeks prior th hen comes from a vacation a d terminates my rental by

david m | Overall ExperienceStaff was great and commute from our residence was convenient. Concerns: Unable to access our units on several occasions due to maintenance during regular hours. Very inconvenient as we required access to our units for business purposes. Trash and loitering outside main doors. Only felt safe unloading our trailer in the bay but it was a farther treck to our units.
KARINA D | Overall ExperienceShort on help took to long making it hard to get done making it hard to get the truck back on time. U-Haul worker should be going over and go through signing in and out with renters because I had to figure it out on my own.
