My experience here was very poor. My mother had been renting a storage unit as she had to move states although still needed to store some home items that I am helping sell. I went there to pick up an item and they told me the unit had been cancelled and was showing as vacant. My mom had never cancelled or been notified of this. The three working there had very little knowledge and were not helpful when it came to my experience and frustrations. I asked what happens when this occurs and one of the associates told me the stuff that gets left gets taken to the dump. I asked them to still help me look if the items were the storage still and the other associate complained and said they will clock back in even though they have somewhere to be. I thanked him and he was at least kind about bringing me to the unit. Thankfully, all of the stuff was still in the unit. I had to book it under my identity due to my mom being in another state. Now I will have to scramble to get everything out of there as I have little trust that their operations are sound and my mom’s belongings are safe.

PEGGY W | Overall ExperienceWhen we first arrived, we couldn't get in, even after I had done everything else, come to find out that we had to enter the code in one keypad and then the other. Then we were told that I might have come to the wrong place. Was not told that. So I had to make sure that I was at the right location. Was told about the one month free, still had to pay for the first month. I'm keeping it as I need the unit, even after I move into a new apartment.

Ana G | First ImpressionsI had the worst experience with UHaul so bad we lost 4hours had to return the truck by 9am because they gave me wrong storage unit wasn't large enough lock on truck didn't work gas mileage was incorrect.
Debra D | Overall ExperienceThe staff are knowledgeable. Professional and tolerant of short tempered humans. Even when the staff are busy they take time to assist agitated humans with issues that are not perceived as responsibility of uhaul staffing. Laelani, Christina, Michael, Dustin, kathlene especially Carter as of recently.. and Michael assisted with rental of vehicles. And several others over the years of my rental needs have served me well. I have witnessed some very interesting humans with some complications, uhaul staffers go beyond what I would consider duty, in resolving the issues... Please be sure that you recognize Carter, Michael and Christina for that extra effort... in dealing with unruly humans.. I've rented weekly for the last month and I appreciate them.
