Staff was great and commute from our residence was convenient. Concerns: Unable to access our units on several occasions due to maintenance during regular hours. Very inconvenient as we required access to our units for business purposes. Trash and loitering outside main doors. Only felt safe unloading our trailer in the bay but it was a farther treck to our units.
KARINA D | Overall ExperienceShort on help took to long making it hard to get done making it hard to get the truck back on time. U-Haul worker should be going over and go through signing in and out with renters because I had to figure it out on my own.

preston b | First ImpressionsCannot use my card to access building. To put stuff in or take it out. Have to get a clerk from a Ross the street to come let you in. Rent 24 hr Tru c k got one load no way to get back in bldg. 9 am need to get clerk. This is horrible!!!!!!!!

It is very clean and well maintained. I can only hope that the pricing stays where it is at now or I will need to move out. This is all that I can afford at this time. I thank you for your kindness.
