I had my had unit for 6 months and the door was broke. My clothing and shoes mildew. Sill never do again. I was over charged for a trailer when I asked how much for one way

Angela t | First ImpressionsUsually in Custer Wy ,was terrible,not the staff,but they were under staffed and I don't think they even checked fluids ( oil etc) or tire pressure ,from when it was dropped off before me,they didn't even know they had my truck to pickup in their yard

CHARLES H | First ImpressionsGrant Kumsomboone wouldnt let me list my daughter as an emergency contact because he has some type of personal vendetta against her. Not knowing she was my daughter not a homegirl. He stood in front of other customers and made false statements. And then went on say he(manager) had heard that she was going into the Air Force and that she won’t be now. Because he tried to charge $500 for $150 key replacement. I guess he thought she couldn’t think pass U-Haul ceiling he’s mad now. And taking it personal and maybe because he couldn’t get into the Air Force. Who knows. My personal opinion he should be replaced by someone professional and goal oriented.
