When I arrived, Nairobi greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my needs before recommending the perfect storage unit. They were incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through all the available options, explaining the sizes, pricing, and security features in detail. It was clear that Nairobi genuinely cared about ensuring I had the best experience possible. What stood out most was Nairobi’s attention to detail. They made sure I understood all the steps, from the rental agreement to how to properly access the unit and use the facility’s features. They even offered helpful tips on how to maximize the space in the unit, which made my move-in process much easier.
