The manager helped me when I arrived, I was initially there for moving boxes. I was curious about storage unit availability, and the manger helped me with a promotion, which really helped me to save some money at a time that is quite stressful for me. She showed me where it was, and explained thoroughly how I can use the space, and provided a lock! I wasn't expecting to reserve a storage unit, but I left feeling very grateful for the support and help at time when I really needed it. I know I will be in good hands as this location will have everything I need to make my transition happen smoothly with storage, supplies, and truck rentals. Thank you!

This location has really great staff, particularly the manager, Brooke. They were patient and kind to me during my whole move and storage. I am disabled and need accomodations or extra help sometimes. They were patient and kind.

I do wish there was a backup way to get to your unit if you forget to log out and its not office hours. I had to leave a travel case with friends or miss my flight, since I couldn't get in after forgetting to log out the day before. This makes sense from a security standpoint, but I do wish there was a plan B or a number you could call or something in such an event.
