I was curious about storage unit availability, and the manger helped me with a promotion, which really helped me to save some money at a time that is quite stressful for me. She showed me where it was, and explained thoroughly how I can use the space, and provided a lock! I wasn't expecting to reserve a storage unit, but I left feeling very grateful for the support and help at time when I really needed it. I know I will be in good hands as this location will have everything I need to make my transition happen smoothly with storage, supplies, and truck rentals. Thank you!

I do wish there was a backup way to get to your unit if you forget to log out and its not office hours. I had to leave a travel case with friends or miss my flight, since I couldn't get in after forgetting to log out the day before. This makes sense from a security standpoint, but I do wish there was a plan B or a number you could call or something in such an event.
