Everything was great for the couple years I had my things stored, the only thing that was hard was that i work 10:30-7 most days so I had wait until my days off if i actually wanted to move things out. It was really only until the last couple of days where it was difficult, i made sure i was checked in but the alarms kept going on and off and the lights in my hall wouldn’t turn on most of the time, staff did come and try to help, they think it was a sensor issue, but they were really kind when I called about it.

I am out of state attending school, each time that I contact the Englewwod location to speak with Sean or Madison the u- haul representative/s put me on hold without my consent, and I am on hold 10-15 minutes with no apology. I am deeply hurt from experiencing this each time I call.
