It was always dirty especially the bathroom and main floors. A lot of times the unit was shut down to where there was no access for hours to days…the office was unreachable by phone all the time. The site manager Duante was always out on vacation and never available and the site or him would never call me back at any point. There was roaches and I also felt uneasy at nightfall when two guys who had a storage there came in, one took something out and the other was perking behind the wall at me.

I have been working with U-Haul for awhile now, and have nothing but good things to say about them, especially Barb. She has gone above and beyond to help me take care of this situation. This storage facility is great. My brother's storage room was clean and huge. No rodents, spiders or anything like that found when my son and I moved his boxes, etc. out. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

She thoroughly explained when payments where due, the location of the storage and provided a lock for me. Moving out was just as simple and returned her lock as she requested. If I need them I’d definitely consider this location.
