Jason B | First ImpressionsStarted to unload my U-Haul at 1930. I was told it was 24/7 access to my unit. When it hit 2000 I was locked out. All my stuff was in the lobby and my door was wide open/unlocked. I called the help number and they said that I was out of luck and maybe the building manger will help me out. I waited for another 1 1/2 hours to hear back. I then had to show up at 0400 to make sure no one steals my stuff and had only 2hr of sleep.

Charles W | First ImpressionsWe rented a covered RV spot which included power. Power was only on about an hour or two per day. The manager complained that with more people would be using up all her electricity. No other storage place that I have used has limited the electricity AT ALL. For the price we paid, power should have been on minimum 12 hrs a day during daytime.
