I would of scored it "excellent" due to the staff alone; the staff at this facility is the best in town - very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would of liked to have remained - however, I left this facility due to the higher storage fees (compared to other facilities in town), the consistent rate hikes, and now this facility does not honor military retirees anymore. [I checked "no" on referral/recommendation to a friend - I could recommend it (due to the staff/convenient location) but they could get better storage rates at other facilities]

The U-Haul storage unit we reserved was given to another customer prior to our arrival and after a full day of travel with the family and coordination made with a moving company to help offload our truck at a given time. This U-Haul location failed to deliver as promised; and was unapologetic making us feel as if this was our problem. The resolution offered by the GM (Sonni Rief) was not reasonable in meeting our expectation to use their facility for the 4-6 months we had planned at the rate/reservation by contract as we waited for our new home. We will not be recommending this site to others and will be informing our fellow military community and families the same.
