The elevators were not working properly on multiple occasions and at one point stopped working entirely on a very hot day with me inside it. The door malfunctioned and no one from the staff came to help. I had to have a random person come and pry the door open for me to get out. The unit was not the promised size as it had a support beam in the middle of it which made half the unit unusable for storage and there were exposed nails and screws sticking out from both the beam and the metal supports on the wall. We found a cheaper and larger unit at the storage facility on the other side of rt 9.

george g | Overall ExperienceYou have to check with the man who works for you, he he is very rude he doesn't try to help and solve anything, I have a couple of friends who had to go to another location because of his lack of education, it took 2 hours to solve an update in your store in Framingham because he didn't want to help, I had to call the customer support to they called the store and talk to him, then he made himself available.to help. Very stressful

Daniel F | Overall ExperienceThe staff was fine. the facility and their policy NO, it is like jumping through hoops to rent a unit. you MUST provide and alternate phone number for yourself. I only have 1 phone number. You also need to provide an alternate person, that does not live with you, that can get my stuff. I don't want anyone touching it. you should be able to sign a waiver if you default and they cannot get in touch with you than they can dispose or sell your items. I did not want to give them the information, but I was stuck with the policies since my movers were unpacking the truck. I only rented a 5x5 unit. SO FRUSTARTING!
karen m | First ImpressionsAfter renting my storage unit here , there was a pattern of unfortunate events for my family. Our finances began to become increasingly stressful. I cannot say enough good things about the General Manager here In Framingham. This young lady wears her heart on her sleeve! In a world where people have lost faith in others there are people like Ms.Kazandra Baez Shugrue who really restored my faith. My wife and I cannot thank this wonderful woman enough for being such a good person with a good heart and caring about us enough to help us during such a difficult time. I will recommend this Framingham U-Haul to anyone. I hope the company gives Ms.Kazandra the recognition she deserves, I will get around to thank Ms.Kazandra in person and give her something special from my family. We appreciate her and will never forget her kindness.

I wanted an upgrade, but couldn't trade in the free lock for an upgrade. 2) The person at the facility demanded two other phone numbers of people who didn't live with me and then demanded to be able to call them at that moment. It seems weird that she demanded to call them right then as the method of verifying and also that they couldn't live with me. None of this was told to me by the staff person on the phone who verified my reservation. 3) the facility itself was great and the elevator etc. worked well. I'd go back to Framingham Southborough for future storage needs.

I had made a reservation online and when I arrived at the storage facility it was clear that the one I had reserved wouldn't be big enough. So the guy changed me to a larger one. I was then charged for the last 7 moths for both. Was not able to get in touch with anyone who could do anything about this. Until Cassandra, a short term employee at this location, noticed the zip tie on the original storage unit that I never moved into but was getting charged for and called me! So nice!!
