If there was less than 1 star I would have given that. U-haul as a company is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure to give my money to. I’d rather pay double with someone else than deal with this company ever again. Inaccurate customer service info. People work the front that total hate there jobs and treat customers like idiots. No real service just eye rolls and waiting from staff. Never would I recommend!
ALEJANDRO W | First ImpressionsInstructions on the move-in were a disaster. Not clear instructions on the app. Two addresses of U-Haul facilities close by added to the confusion. The national customer service line had completely different information than the local office. The instructions at the site weren't clear. The local number didn't pick up and then were rude when I finally found the office.
BRENT V | Online Move InOne issue I have is the sliding door sometimes gets stuck and won’t open or stays open. The manager is impossible to get ahold of or contact. The contact number shown for him on the door is disconnected. Everything else has been great. It’s convenient to be able to go in and out whenever you need to. It’s always a good temperature inside and it’s so nice to have a restroom available.

The only thing that I did not like was the length of the walk to my specific unit! That may have been because I am older, but they did have carts at the front to put boxes, etc. on so that you coould wheel them to the unit! That was a plus! Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly! I give U-haul 5 stars!

It was only confirmed after 4th call. U-Haul tried to take monthly payment for a storage And I had left. Glad it’s closed finally

It was no one’s fault, i believe it was/is a system problem. The employees from csr on the phone to the managers in person were so great in helping and trying to get me into the building, I’m just hoping my access code works now
Elijah B | Online Move InI had to change my unit the day of the move due to there being a large support beam in the middle of the unit. The change was VERY fast and easy. My only suggestion, corporate offices of UHAUL should note somewhere online when a unit has a beam in it, discount the price and at the very least allow the customers make an informed decision, especially when booking online from out of state. OVERALL, THE GRANDVIEW LOCATION STAFF was absolutely perfect!
