My movers had truck problems so I was running really late. I was given an access code but I was not told that I had to put it into two different units and I had to start with a star key and a pound key that was very inconvenient

The place is nasty and dirty and the employees made me feel so uncomfortable that I would not even access my storage unit when I really needed too. The employees made me feel stupid when I asked questions about gaining access to the units. I felt like they were making fun of my handicap.

The national customer service line had completely different information than the local office. The instructions at the site weren't clear. The local number didn't pick up and then were rude when I finally found the office.
BRENT V | Online Move InOne issue I have is the sliding door sometimes gets stuck and won’t open or stays open. The manager is impossible to get ahold of or contact. The contact number shown for him on the door is disconnected. Everything else has been great. It’s convenient to be able to go in and out whenever you need to. It’s always a good temperature inside and it’s so nice to have a restroom available.
