LAUREN G | Overall ExperienceMy only comment would be the access code to use to enter the yard - it was written with a *at the beginning and a # at the end. Both of these characters caused difficulty as the code is actually just the number filled by the *. Thankfully my son was able to figure this out with me. Other than that - everything was smooth.

The hours to access my storage unit were shortened for weeks, just at a time that we needed access to clean it out. However staff were helpful and I was notified of the problem. Otherwise everything was good. The final day inspection was flawless and staff very helpful! Thank you!

I have no choice to move my 2 lockers to a different location as I do most of my work after hours.
