Unfortunately I don't remember the guy:s name that handled renting the units to me but he was so nice and laid back. He explained everything to me on how to entertain the units and the property. He made sure I was happy with the location of my units. I would give him ,5 stars. I have 3 units but one of the units was accidentally put on auto pay so when I called to ask why the guy that took care of it (sorry don't know your name either) immediately and reversed the charge. He didn't try to talk me into anything. He gave me some options to make my payment more economical. The Harrisonburg location off Rt 11 will be my go to for storage and moving trucks,.
