When I arrived at the storage center to access my reserved unit on the scheduled day, the unit was no longer available. I had movers planned and a 20' loaded truck. I had to find another place last minute, and also had the loss of my one month free rental that came with the Uhaul truck rental.

Steve C | Overall ExperienceStorage Center is perfect and good value for money BUT no efforts were made to de-ice the road for units after the snow recently and it was all iced over. Very dangerous for the customers trying to access the units. Please remember to DE-ICE.
