Very professional and friendly staff, I never had any issues. I even called on the weekend to leave a message and let them know I was moving my stuff and received an immediate call back because they thought something was wrong, I consider that excellent customer service. Definitely recommend if someone needs a storage unit and the prices are very reasonable compared to what I’ve paid at other places. Just want to say thank you to the ladies at the Storage Box!!
