I reserved a 10x20 unit four months in advance as I live in a college town and knew that the bigger units would go fast. However, when we arrived to check in we were informed none of those units were available despite our reservation. The general manager was very unhelpful and told us the only size available was a 10x8 which is less than half the size we reserved. He did nothing to offer us any help such as a discounted rate on another unit that we did end up having to reserve as we knew all of our things would not fit in such a small unit. What is the point of using a larger commercial storage company like U-haul if both the convenience and variety of unit sizes are not guaranteed. In the future I will be using smaller local businesses to store my things instead.
SIERRA R | First ImpressionsThe whole staff at the U-Haul North Avenue is amazing!!! Great people working the counter and outside making sure everything runs smoothly!!! Also the storage housekeepers cleaning every day making sure the storage area is pristine!!!! Highly recommend this facility!!
