We don't give "Excellent" easily - but our experience with UHaul and Uhaul Research Park this trip has been 5 stars - from our first visit online to scout prices for our cross country move to our check out from the storage unit yesterday. We loved the free first month's storage unit rental with our trailer rental. It was a great way to get to know UHaul storage. The staff at UHaul Research Park were friendly, efficient, and personable. The facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. Our only disappointment was that your prices have doubled for the same move since our last rental 4 years ago.
