gerald d | First ImpressionsMy only complaint is that when I asked to rent a 15' unit, I was assigned one 10' and one 5' next to each other. When I later was able to empty the 5' unit, I was informed that there would be no cost reduction because those two were considered as one unit in their system. So I would need to be reassigned a different 10' unit, and move all my belongings into that. Ridiculous!

jermey s | Overall ExperienceTruck had bad tire message entire time, could view odometer. Wait inside, to close storage units, very long! Waited over 30 minutes while cashier waited on one person she knew talked way too much. Needed another person, total 4-5 customers waiting.
