Some of these questions weren't yes or no!! The hudge issue is had was reaching someone at the store to speak to about my units!!! I was always put through to the main U haul phone line and I would get a random person who couldn't help me, other than by telling me to call or stop into the store! Well, I had been trying to do that!! And i shouldn't have to drive 45 mins to the store when the issue can be discussed on the phone!!! I had to reach out to 3 different people to get the issue i needed to discuss brought to the table...I even reached out to a Melissa or Michelle, that was a the store manager according to the card that was given to me at the store when I made a payment! Anyways thats the biggest compliant I have!! The assistant manager at the store did get everything resolved within less than 15 mins so thank you to her!! 15 mins that i spent weeks trying to speak to someone about!! So thank you for that!!

From the very beginning their parking lots were poorly maintenance of parking lot and properly they weren't plowed properly nor were they iced and kept safe no warning signs my mother fell busted her kneecap nobody came to help her the lady watched her on the camera never said a thing never tried to help but had the nerve to say please be careful out there and every time that we came back it's still looks the same if not even worse I've got videos and pictures of when these took place and they never up until then till now still has not properly managed their parking lot and even every time we came there their place of business was still neglected take care of the responsibility and the protection of the customers that come in there to the dangerous conditions not only that but the prices that they kept giving my mom I believe was a ripoff and one way or another I will prove that soon as I gather all my little duckies in a row somebody's going to have to answer that

Amy at Jackson left a message for Parkersburg, WV that I would be dropping it off late on 12/21. Amy is great, the app, not so much!

deborah j | First ImpressionsWhen there was a flood, I just happened to be there. The men there drying up the hallways were less than helpful. I don’t know any ‘MAN’ that would watch a 70 woman struggling to breathe and dry up her unit, and refuse to help her. Let alone not even offer. I did my best to dry up everything. Only to find that they had pushed more water from the hallway under the door back into my unit. That isn’t a man, I don’t care if someone said not to help, a man would have. I find that negligent And inexcusable. I tried to speak to the woman on duty. But I watched her’notify’ other renters, well, renter. It took her almost 10 minutes to socialize and inform ONE renter. There is no way anybody got enough notice to save their items in a place that stated they were clean and dry!! Trying to talk to her she only kept repeating that there were men over there to fix it. No, there were humans there who REFUSED TO HELP ME AT ALL. I am speaking to my daughter in law, who just happened to graduate from Harvard Law two years ago. I bet you won’t ignore her! Have a great day. Merry Christmas there is no contacting anybody there without dealing with robot after robot. Nope, you guys don’t accept AI money, do you?
