Everything was great until I had to park the truck and I fell onto ice in the parking lot that I made sure that the employees knows about it so no one else has to fall and get hurt and to make sure there parking lot gets salted for others safety

MARYANN P | First ImpressionsWe were checked out without our knowledge. We did happen to be done, but the assumption that we were done because the unit was empty might have been in error. We didn’t even return the keys. What if we had been transferring items? That would have been a mess. As it turns out we were done and all was conveniently taken care of but your staff should confirm final move out before renting units out to other customers.

Lock was cut a week before cut off date, items were ransacked by staff and things of sentimental value were broken, also was forced to purchase another lock otherwise I wasn't allowed to leave. I will be filing stolen items report and taking this matter to court. Uhaul of jackson is a joke, and the staff gives the company a horrible name.
