The storage area was very well maintained. Every time we interacted with the staff they were very helpful. My only complaint is how long it took to be moved out of the unit. We moved out online and it took over 10 days and me calling the facility to have someone confirm it was cleared out and approved the move out.

I was upset the the price was raised by 25% and new customers paid 5% less than I did on my initial move in.

I already had a different facility picked out with the price and was actually on my way there to sign. I stopped at this location just to get a price out of curiosity. due to the gentleman at the front desk, being extremely personable, friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable when it came to any question I had in regards to anything to do with the facility, I ended up renting a trailer and a unit from your facility. Despite the price being a little bit higher, I felt it was well worth it due to the customer service provided to me by the gentleman I dealt with at the facility. He was extremely helpful and I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as refer others to that facility.

I was put on extended pause at different times while the attendant dealt with his phone conversation. The attendant tried to convince me as well that a jumper wire for the lights on my trailer was not needed. Two U-Haul maintenance guys showed up later and were able to correct the issue. The facility was clean and secure.
