Jesse W | Overall ExperienceThe service desk attendant was more interested in his conversation on his phone than his job. I was put on extended pause at different times while the attendant dealt with his phone conversation. The attendant tried to convince me as well that a jumper wire for the lights on my trailer was not needed. Two U-Haul maintenance guys showed up later and were able to correct the issue. The facility was clean and secure.
