AMBER G | Overall ExperienceNo reimbursement for the remaining days that you have left on a storage unit is theft. I could understand if it was 1 or 2 days left on your month but a week or more you should reimburse customers. You're able to rent the unit when I leave and get double the rent on it. It's a terrible business practice and cheats your customers out of money. The only 2 employees at this facility that were courteous were the woman who does the cleaning and the woman who drives the white SUV In the office. The other employees have terrible attitudes and customer service skills and treat you like you're an inconvenience. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone because of your business practices.
