The process was easy and the person that help was very informative I had a great first time experience
REUBEN T | First ImpressionsHorrible staff and my unit was broken into while i was using these services and nobody even notified me. I was then harassed for two months straight about the items in my auction and how they were going to be sold at auction. I tried multiple times to settle a payment agreement with Amber and she refused to let me sign a settlement agreement and continued to charge me monthly rent with insurance on top of it for 3 entire months. I will never be using this uhaul again and recommend to anyone who asks they should not use it either
Taylor H | Overall ExperienceOlde lady at front desk extremely rude, and unwilling to try and help figure out how to use a coupon that I had that I wished to pay my bill with At 1st, said it was not eligible till I showed her it was, and then said I was current on my bill and couldn't use it. I tried to explain my bill was due that day, and had been paid with auto pay and I wished to not use auto pay. She said that was not possible. I believe it should have been done with a little effort on her part. I will never use this uhaul again, and will encourage others not to use it either. She is not a front desk person.

She was consistently brilliantly helpful and was always eager to help with any issues that arised during my time there. I would recommend this facility based on her service alone, although I will note that the rest of the staff was helpful, too. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this facility!
JOHN M | Overall ExperienceI've been from town to town in this year land and the Longview U-Haul business is by far the best I've dealt with. The people are here are very friendly and tidy about their work ethic along with having storage lockers that are completely weatherproofed and regarded. And plenty of staff to make sure the customer's time is not wasted by repetitiveness.
