Best customer service and all around care u could ask for in a u haul service ... I got months behind on payments and they were so friendly and worked with me to ensure I didn't loose my belongings and I was able to reclaim them .... U get respect when u give it and this place most certainly had it and some I highly recommend it to anyone ....

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI appreciate that Connie is a rule follower and takes policies seriously. I have no issue with someone enforcing the rules—in fact, I appreciate consistency. My issue is the way I was treated. Every interaction I had with Connie left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, and her attitude came across as consistently rude, condescending, and dismissive. Because of my experiences with her, I would never return to this location. My first interaction with Connie involved an issue with my U-Haul truck rental. The rental was supposed to be one-way from Spokane, WA to Longview, WA, but there was an issue with the reservation and I was told I would either need to return the truck or pay approximately $400 to drop it off. I requested a payment plan. Instead, my card was charged without my authorization. Connie then admitted, in front of me and her employees, that she had charged my card. I ultimately had to contact U-Haul customer service myself to get the situation corrected and establish the payment plan. Unfortunately, that experience was not an isolated incident. My next interactions with Connie, including the day before and the day of my move-out, were extremely uncomfortable. She was rude and condescending in nearly every interaction. I never felt like I was being treated as a valued customer; instead, I felt like I was being talked down to and treated as though I were an inconvenience. One interaction particularly stood out to me. While Connie was helping my husband and me, she repeatedly stopped in the middle of our conversation to speak with a couple who were looking at TV boxes along the wall, even though they had not asked for assistance. It was frustrating and made us feel as though our time and concerns were not important. During my final interaction with Connie, she even asked me whether I was going to pay for the U-Haul that had been placed on a payment plan approximately five months earlier. Considering that I had already contacted U-Haul customer service and resolved the situation through the proper channels, I found the comment unnecessary and uncomfortable. I want to be clear that my complaint is not about Connie enforcing rules. I actually appreciate employees who follow policies and don’t make exceptions. My issue is the way she communicated with me and the way she made me feel during every interaction. There is a significant difference between enforcing a policy and making a customer feel uncomfortable, belittled, or unwelcome while doing so. Unfortunately, the repeated rude and condescending interactions completely overshadowed my experience with this location. I would not feel comfortable returning, and I would not recommend this location based on the customer service I received from Connie.

I was then harassed for two months straight about the items in my auction and how they were going to be sold at auction. I tried multiple times to settle a payment agreement with Amber and she refused to let me sign a settlement agreement and continued to charge me monthly rent with insurance on top of it for 3 entire months. I will never be using this uhaul again and recommend to anyone who asks they should not use it either

I tried to explain my bill was due that day, and had been paid with auto pay and I wished to not use auto pay. She said that was not possible. I believe it should have been done with a little effort on her part. I will never use this uhaul again, and will encourage others not to use it either. She is not a front desk person.
