I paid for roadside assistance and when I needed it the most they refused to send someone out to help on the side of i65 in the freezing blizzard because it didn’t fit their criteria. They could have helped me take two nuts off cause I had no tools and I would have been on my way but no I had to bend my rear hatch back and forth until it broke off so that it wouldn’t be a hazard. The fact that they were able to help me but refused to is just evil. I don’t care what policies you guys have. If you have a good paying customer who’s honest the least you could do is lend a hand when they need it the most. What’s the point of roadside assistance if they never come.
