WAYNE G. | Overall ExperienceI kind of would have liked to hear about how you haul had taken over the family business with the family business decided to sell all options U-Haul still a little bit confused about that. but overall I'm not concerned about my contract and seems like very good people.
ALPHONSO C. | First ImpressionsI was extremely disappointed that reservations are taken but units are given on a first come first serve basis. I reserved a unit in DePere several weeks ago but was told there were no units available when I arrived. That is why I had to go to Kimberly who luckily had some available. What should have been an hour process in total turned out to be three hours. We were just moving a few items from St. Norbert and reserving a unit a few minutes away was what I had planned and that's why I made the reservation. A reservation assumes a unit is waiting.

Brian P. | First Impressionsi keep my camper in the back of the lot on the gravel even though its not there now because its gettling fixed. i was wondering if you could mark the parking stalls with numbers so we know exactly what spot is ours. i know go pack storage had numbers and lines so we knew where to park but last time i was there they were all worn off. that would be so helpful and to also let us know our number so we park in the right spot. thank you polly schommer.
