The only thing I can note as a negative was that there was a lot of mouse damage in storage when we vacated. The storage keeps a mouse bait box in the unit. I only suggest maybe that it is changed out once a year or something, I am not sure how long they are supposed to last. We were there for 8 years and it was never changed out.Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and secure
