Worst experience, not just from local office/storage facility, but 1-800 customer service representatives as well. Rude, never helpful, would not update payment information and had to call and update monthly, and still would get charged late fees after we were reassured they updated payment information. This became a regular reoccurring issue till we collected our items and cancelled our unit. Will never go back!
Wesley H | Overall ExperienceI commented no on the cleanliness because my unit was dirty and had dead bugs in it when my unit was initially unlocked and I opened the door for the first time. I had to go find a broom to sweep it out. Then I had to find a garbage can to put the bugs & dirt in. It was a bit stressful and something I didn’t expect to have to do.

NICHOLAS P | Overall ExperienceThe only reason I am not rating this 5 stars is because over the course of the 3 years of having the unit my storage rent went up incrementally without me being told prior to the charge. I had the unit on autopay for the entirety of the time I had it, and not one time did I get an email or a call to let me know that the rent would be increasing by $X. I believe it started at around $130/mo and by the end I was paying $145. It wasn’t a large increase, but it’s still unprofessional to not inform your customers of an impending rate increase. Everything else was great. I never had an issue with the security of the unit, I could come and go as needed. The staff was relatively helpful when I needed them. If I am ever in need of a storage facility again I will come back, but I will not go on autopay.
