I haven't moved in yet, next week, but we were walked through all the steps to access the facility and conveniences of carts and elevator. i plan to use this storage facility to store products for my small business it will be very convenient for me so close t our home too. I couldn't have imagined carrying the things that I needed to store through the building. I did enjoy working with Timothy. He was very accommodating and helpful and very professional

They took me almost an hour from my house so that made my mileage go up Wesley Chapel to Land O Lakes is a long ways and my mileage was a dollar a mile so I end up paying almost an extra hundred dollars, and I filled the gas tank up fuller than what I did receive it and then get no credit for that so no, I would not recommend
Bessie J | First ImpressionsOverall my experience with U-Haul was great which included coordination with a U-Haul pod. The reason I moved out of the storage is the humidity level is too high. I put a sensor in my unit and the avg temp was 79 degrees and avg humidity over 70%
