Process of obtaining storage unit was very efficient. When person went out with me, presumed he would show my designated unit & procedures for entry. However it was demonstration next door to office. This really did not prepare me for actual nuances with my unit. Recommend that an employee take extra few minutes & escort client to their assigned unit.
