Please note that as soon as we opened the access that many homeless people came and locked themselves in the bathroom, asked to use our phones and smoked marijuana right outside the door. It was concerning and thought you should know about it since the only staff there is the cleaning person.

Shirley B | Overall ExperienceI’m so disappointed…. Not to mention I wasn’t able to use my original storage due to roaches being alive and crawling in unit as well as dead rodents in unit. I was given another unit to move in after hours however I wasn’t able to bypass the selfie feature and the unhelpful customer service rep Tianna and manager wasn’t any help. Then I decided not to use UhAul for storage but then I had to pay another set of movers because the 1st ones wanted an additional 225 to come back and unload the truck. Now I had to take advantage of free storage and this is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Get new movers and can’t even access my unit because there is a lock on the unit. I was told by a rep she would have someone cut it off on Saturday morning ( which is today ). The only thing I can think is God is allowing this to happen for a reason because I just don’t understand. This has been by far one of the worst experience ever to add to all the stress im still having.
