Christine R | First ImpressionsThe only issue I had while using the Uhaul storage facility was gaining access to restroom when I needed to while moving. It was locked and using my access card didn't work & my code didn't work. I had to cal and have a Uhaul employee come and open the restroom. Hopefully that will be fixed for future customers. Cody and his employees are professional, courteous, and continue to offer great service. This is the only location I use for my moving and truck rental needs.
Katherine F | Overall ExperienceHIGHLY RECOMMEND Price comparison in Lansing was better than I thought. I had another unit somewhere else that was outside access. I had to deal with ran and snow. The lock would freeze up and I had yo wiggle the latch every time to open the door. They had the nerve to raise prices that were equal to what I paid for this until. My only negative is the bathrooms were not available. They were locked every time I was there.
