They arent raising fees every 4-5 months like another high profile storage facility I switched from that get you in on a gimmick and once in start raising rates to untolerable rates. This technique seems to be common in this industry but this U haul facility does not play that game, and you can pay a year or more in advance and they honor the original rate.

And the District Manager only seems to hire female drug addicts. He has a problem also. So with that being said. That's the TRUTH.

She is the reason I am even writing this review. I lost nearly everything Sept 26,2024 from Hurricane Helene. For almost a year, the belongings and valuables were cared for at this location. It was a seemless process, and I felt my belonging were safe and in good condition when I moved out. Your onsite customer service professional was amazing (I wish I remember her name).
