I recently had moved from Upstate New York to Largo Florida. I made the one way reservation for a trailer rental and I had to speak with a customer representative about the reservation due to my time limit and we needed more time which was accommodating for our trip. However when trying to find the drop off location there was a little confusion about where to go. I also needed a storage unit for my extra stuff and I knew there was a U-Haul location very close to my house and that is where I needed to get the storage unit and drop off the trailer, I had made a couple of calls but the person couldn’t help me out with my reservation because they were new and didn’t know the locations of the other facilities . So I ended up just driving over to the Walsingham location and I spoke with Aurrielle and Missy D who is the manager. Now I will say I have been dealing with this for over 2 hours and I was stressed out because I wanted a storage unit that was close to my house not 15 miles away. Missy was awesome and Aurriele was amazing as well telling me to not worry and hop in the golf cart and she took me to the storage unit and then she took me back and then Missy took the one way trailer off my hands after I unloaded my belongings into the storage unit. While talking about the situation and how I had a boat but had to sell it and I was depressed about it. Missy said she had 2 spots available if I was interested in buying a boat and storing it right near my storage unit. I was so excited about it, as well as my wife that we went out and bought a boat the next day knowing we had a storage space for it. They went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated it. In fact we transferred our unit to a bigger storage unit and we now have ample room for everything. They Rock !!!!!!
