My only complaint was that I asked for one extra day to avoid paying another monthly rent and was refused. Come on! One day? Seemed unreasonable.

Smiles, has a fake tone in her voice, all while she is manipulating the situation. Missy also has a group of people she allows to live on the property that she collects extra rent from. This whole facility is a scam from sign up to move out. The one young man, not sureof his name is honest and has integrity. Missy will flat out lie to your face without blinking an eye. I moved out of this facility when I had actually intended to rent another unit there solely because of her horrible persona.

They arent raising fees every 4-5 months like another high profile storage facility I switched from that get you in on a gimmick and once in start raising rates to untolerable rates. This technique seems to be common in this industry but this U haul facility does not play that game, and you can pay a year or more in advance and they honor the original rate.
