You keep sending delinquency letters even after I have moved out of the space before the end of November. Please fix your billing system.
YINGLIANG T | Overall ExperienceAgain, the unit selected for me is all boarded up. You cannot access it at all. 100% unusable plywood covers the entirety of the front entrance I've called. I've emailed. I'm emailing again and filling out surveys now. I need another unit issued to me immediately. This is becoming ridiculous

They do not contact you when things are broken into. There are no cameras available to catch the thieves so no I would not refer this to anybody
