Was misled to believe I was receiving specific size unit by the look of units for viewing purposes only, at a specific price. Was given something much smaller. When I went back to front desk about it, thought I was getting help on the matter of being mislead into thinking I was paying a certain amount for a specific size unit (but was given something smaller than what I viewed), I was given the right size unit, employee failed to give me the price, I had looked over my paperwork, she had switched my contract over with a price almost $100 more than what I was mislead to think I was going to pay for the size unit I was switched over to. Wasn’t going to say anything about the price. Called U haul main number and was transferred over. Still waiting on a call back about my issue. Even though I was told to speak with the general manager at that location, already came across the young woman, won’t be helpful at all. Will have to go to someone higher than her. Yet the general manager that was all over the storage rental paperwork was a man. Confusing, so who IS the general manager?

I've always gotten friendly service and had not ever had a bad experience until this rental 02/07/2026. I was told that I had 24 hour access which turned out to be untrue. I was then told that if I waited until 5 a.m. I would be able to access my unit. Which again was untrue. I asked for some compensation and was denied that. I've explained this to at least five agents so, there is notation of what is going on. I've done everything I can in my ability to have the situation rectified so. I am waiting on your company to resolve the situation. Thank you for your time.
