Having to check in with the exact same code 5 inches apart from the ability to get in is crazy. Tried charging me even after I canceled. And wanted to chsrge me the full amount if I moved out the first day of the month

If they had more vans or small trucks to use I’d use them first! I appreciate it everything! The facility is always clean aside from patrons not disposing trash but Mr. Jordan makes sure it gets handled. Give him a raise or promotion! Well deserved in how he treats guests well!

ANTHONY S | Overall ExperienceEach time I need to utilize the facility I always find it in great condition. It is always clean and well lit. There are usually enough carts to facilitate our moving our items. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul storage facility.

FALECIA W | Overall ExperienceBest for me to explain questions 4 and 5. There were a lot of dead bugs in my unit. I visited the office to find out if I was responsbile for cleaning them up or will the company do it. I was told that the company could do it. The person at the desk wrote down my information but I never got a call. I asked about it again and nothing happened. Besides that incident, the staff was courteous and friendly.

Brought contents back and stored them at the facility. The facility is very spacious and the truck was able to be backed up into the facility for easy moving access. They provide carts for boxes and mattresses, mirrors etc. They made this impromptu move painless! Oh and the first month of rental was free, and included a free lock since I rented a truck! A win/win!
