Was promised a ground level but got there to find out 2nd floor. I couldn't of been any clearer when I reserved to the it must be ground level as it was for a piano that Was an upright that couldn't go up stairs

On the unit list it clearly showed me my locker and stairs leading up all around. I was unaware that I would need a ladder to get to my unit. It is impossible to put anything heavy or any furniture in the unit because of its placement. Will never shop at uhaul again
