THE REASON I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FREINDS IS BECAUSE IVE HAD MY STORAGE UNIT FOR A YEAR AND HALF PAUD $85 MONTHLY I TURNED AROUND THIS MONTH PD MY BILL AS DUE ON 3RD , AND COULD FINALLY CLOSE MY STORAGE UNIT ON THE 9TH . TO FIND OUT UHAUL WILL NOT PRORATE THE BALANCE . SO I FEEL THATS A RIP OFF TO PEOPLE .VERY UPSET AND HONESTLY UP TILL THAT POINT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM BUT NOT WHEN YOUR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF CAUSE THEY WILL RENT THAT SPACE OUT AND MAKE MORE MONEY ON TOP THE MONEY THEY SHOULD BE PRORATEING BACK TO ME. LUKE ALMOST A FULL MONTH .

Brett C | First ImpressionsThis was our first experience with a storage facility of any kind. We didn’t really know what to expect. But the staff at the U-Haul in Lower Burrell was very helpful. They made everything so easy for us. In fact, we cleared out our unit on Saturday and they texted me at 7:30 in the morning Monday to make sure that we were finished with the unit. I had planned on calling them and taking the card key over to them later that morning. I love that they beat me to it and saved me a trip and a phone call. The facility was clean and safe. I couldn’t be happier with this experience.
