Mary L | Overall ExperienceWas not happy at all!!! I reserved my unit online with uhaul, loaded my uhaul and when I arrived at facility No one was there. Times stated the office would be open. Kept calling with no one answering. Finally got through dialing the other facility connected with this one and she stated that your online system does not work with reservations and the unit I “reserved” was not even available? I had a truck load of stuff and on a crunch timer for the people helping me. Had to find another facility ASAp. So unprofessional and an inconvenience of all sides.
