Everybody was great at the company and did great I only rate this low because my storage was flood with water and damaged my kids mattress and my couch. Still waiting on compensation for this! Things happen so I don’t blame them for it.

Had to use a screw driver to line up the holes properly to get the lock on and off. I'm sure the other units are fine. I just got unlucky. (#1007)
