Dante D | Overall ExperienceThe facility does not open very early to access belongings. The gate malfunctioned twice. Manager not available and rude on multiple occasions. Garbage dumpster in back not available when cleaning out. One employee said key to dumpster was lost and another manager/employee said no access to any customers ever even though sign is clearly posted. Voicemail was left and not returned regarding cleaning out locker and needing access to dumpster as I live out of town, 6 hours away, and had to make three trips to clean out because of this issue. I've paid over 10,000$ for this unit and this is unacceptable. Manager on final day of move out was unwilling to unlock dumpster and was dishonest about policy, was not polite, and was not helpful as a manager. Because of this, I will not be using storage at uhaul in the future.

CHERYL L | Overall ExperienceMy unit needed lights replaced. I reported it three different times to the office. Each time the information was taken down. Someone was to give me a call in order to gain access to the unit. Well it never occurred. When time came for me to move out. There were no light at all it was totally dark, the office has no backup light available, and the single female that was working did not know how to change them.So we had to move out with the use of my cell phone light. I was not able to clean my unit until the next day after having to purchase a portable light to see what I was doing. Other than that it was ok not other problems. The manage did assist me in getting a refund for the month I paid and did not use. For that I am grateful.
