Emma M | First ImpressionsGot a text after sign-up for an access code but they don't use the code there. Doors are open to anyone during business hours instead, office said they don't have the system in place? Otherwise really clean and nice facility.

The only disappointment is that you can only utilize one of four garage door bays because there are portable storage containers sitting in the other 3 bays, preventing entry for customer vehicles. Access to this area is really compromised, although it is touted as a selling feature of the facility. These containers should be removed. Similar containers were outside of the building in the parking lot so these ones should be as well. It was difficult to unload my items with all of the containers sitting inside the bays. It is such a large facility that you need all bays accessible, especially with the cold weather approaching.

Uhaul support was supposed to put us in touch with the manager to get access, but we never got contacted. There were 2 other families there at the same time with the exact same problem because the provided access hours were incorrect. Exterior of the building also very clearly says "drive-in storage", but it's definitely not drive-in, you park outside and cart everything in...
