I wasn't going to leave a review but they sent me an email requesting one and then i typed it and their system would not accept it. They violated tenant law by increasing my rental rate without notice. Someone broke into my unit and instead of management being helpful and showing sympathy she increased my rate because she did not want to honor what management prior to her arranged for me. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I wouldn't store my dog's toys here. They haven't mowed the grass in months, the gates haven't worked in months. And the feather flags are nonexistent. The guy that helped when I reported that it appeared at least 5 units were broken into was very nice. Management is an A-hole. I wouldn't have even sent this request for a review after treating a long standing, on time paying tenant like poop. Tried reaching out. Asked for a call back, management did not call. When here employee called her with concerns, she refused saying it was her day off and she was not going to speak with me. Never followed up. At this point I wanted to speak with someone over her or their lawyer. Too many other storage facilities that are close by and have better facilities to stay and be treated horribly. They are banking on those folks who aren't checking in on their units. Also, be careful of the rodents, my unit was full of rodent fecal matter when I moved out.

I spoke with customer service, and never received the expected callback from the location manager as promised. Had to go with another storage facility that I could access before my U-Haul was due to be turned back in.

I take responsibility for forgetting to update my auto pay when my card was compromised. But on move in I asked to update my contact info since it had my daughters info and was told I needed to take it up home office due to there systems. The space had rat dropping and silver fish, roaches etc and some items that were in the unit had mold. I appreciate the new owner for asking the trash person take the unwanted wood item to the trash for me.

Curt S | ReservationI parked my camper here from May to September 2022. In that time, the gates NEVER worked. When I first parked, the gates worked about 3 weeks maybe. After that, they stayed up day and night. No visible security. No visible working hours. Not real sure what the manager actually does here but i can pretty much gather it's not much. There was a "groundskeeper" driving around 1 day i was there. He said he had asked the manager repeatedly when the gates were going to be fixed and the manager just said he reported it. They were also aware of vandals being on the property after dark. The groundskeeper said the manager didn't want him closing the gates at night because he didn't want to get up at 6 a.m. to open them. The groundskeeper was also aware people were staying in the parked vehicles over night and asked if anyone made their way into my camper. The icing on the cake was when i was moving my camper from the property two weeks after my conversation with the groundskeeper and noticed the main power cord to my camper had been cut off by vandals. When I confronted the property manager he "apologized" and said I didn't have insurance on my property through them and nothing could be done. All in all I give this place a 0 star rating. I will never do business here or suggest anyone use this place.

Caleb V | Overall ExperienceUnit had no light outside. Pitch dark and no security cameras. Three out of four inside lights were out. Unit was broken into by cutting the locks....no security cameras. We decided to move everything after the break in and theft.
